March Board Seminars

March Madness at Tri-City Property Management is all about our Board Trainings.

At TCPM, we know our board volunteers are busy, so we offer trainings that a board member can attend in person, remotely or if the date doesn't work for them, the seminars are recorded and they can view at a later date.

So far this month, we have had trainings on Board Meetings, Governing Documents:  Plat, Articles, Declaration, Bylaws and Statutes and next week we are having a seminar on Amending your CC&Rs and Bylaws.

Depending on the topic, experts join us for the evening to provide instruction.  This month we are pleased to have attorneys from Vial Fotheringham and Krupnik & Speas.

In April, we already have scheduled; Audits, Reviews & Compilations; Corporate Records & Records Requests and Communication & Social Media.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day
Our office will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th.  If you have an emergency, please be sure to call our office at (480) 844-2224, and follow the prompts.

Memorial Day is officially celebrated on the last Monday during the month of May. Memorial Day is dedicated to service men and women who gave their lives for freedom and country. It is also a time to remember loved ones who have passed away. The roots of Memorial Day observance, goes back to 1865 and the end of the Civil War.

Memorial Day was traditionally held on the 30th of May. In 1971, Congress changed it to the last Monday, in order to afford a three day holiday weekend. Regardless of the date, we encourage you  follow Memorial Day tradition: attend a parade, and visit a cemetery to honor and remember our serviceman. Take time to remember lost loved ones in whatever way you feel appropriate.

Did you Know? Memorial Day was first called Decoration Day. It was changed to Memorial Day in 1882.

Last week, at the 10th Annual AACM Tradeshow, our staff dropped off hygiene and gift boxes for children in the foster care system, to an organization called OCJ Kids.

Donations were received from homeowners, board members and our staff.  For weeks we gathered items listed by the organization in order to make these welcome boxes for children of all ages.  The generosity was overwhelming in our efforts to help make children, who have lost everything, feel loved.

Thank you to all who donated!!

Tri-City teams up to help foster children in AZ

On July 25, 2014, the staff at Tri-City Property Management will be attending AACM's 10th Annual Phoenix Trade Show.  We are currently gathering donated items to build "welcome boxes" for children who are placed in the foster care, most of who arrive at these homes with nothing at all. These boxes will be provided to Opportunity, Community & Justice for Kids.

Currently, there are over 14,600 children & youth in the Arizona Foster system.  Kits include items such as shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, brush or comb, stuffed animals, crayons & coloring books, blankets, socks and several other items.  We are adding a collection box and a complete list of suggested items if you would like to join us in this effort in helping the foster children of Arizona.
