Please be advised that due to the dates that fall on the weekend and subsequent October 11th, Columbus Day Holiday; we are not debiting the accounts of your membership that participate in our Surepay Program, until Tuesday, October 12th. Many of the Surepay participants in the various communities we manage utilize direct deposit of their pension and/or social security payments. To avoid potential overdrafts to your members, we do not want to draft the funds on the 7th or 8th. We simply wanted to make you aware of this two day delay in drafting the assessments, as you might have members inquire when the draft is slightly delayed. Thank you.
