Last week, at the 10th Annual AACM Tradeshow, our staff dropped off hygiene and gift boxes for children in the foster care system, to an organization called OCJ Kids.

Donations were received from homeowners, board members and our staff.  For weeks we gathered items listed by the organization in order to make these welcome boxes for children of all ages.  The generosity was overwhelming in our efforts to help make children, who have lost everything, feel loved.

Thank you to all who donated!!

Tri-City teams up to help foster children in AZ

On July 25, 2014, the staff at Tri-City Property Management will be attending AACM's 10th Annual Phoenix Trade Show.  We are currently gathering donated items to build "welcome boxes" for children who are placed in the foster care, most of who arrive at these homes with nothing at all. These boxes will be provided to Opportunity, Community & Justice for Kids.

Currently, there are over 14,600 children & youth in the Arizona Foster system.  Kits include items such as shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, brush or comb, stuffed animals, crayons & coloring books, blankets, socks and several other items.  We are adding a collection box and a complete list of suggested items if you would like to join us in this effort in helping the foster children of Arizona.

Memorial Day - Closed Monday May 26, 2014

Memorial Day began as an occasion to honor and celebrate Union Soldiers, who died during the Civil War.  Memorial Day was inspired by the way people honored their dead in the southern States.  After World War I, Memorial Day was extended to include all American men and women who died serving their country in any military action or war.  We hope that each and every one of you take a moment to remember those that fought and died in the service of this great country.
Everyone at Tri-City Property Management Services, Inc., wish you, your family, and friends a safe and relaxing Memorial Day holiday.  Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 27th to serve you.

Presidents Day - Closed Monday February 17, 2014

Washington's Birthday is a US federal holiday celebrated on the 3rd Monday of February in honor of George Washington, the first President of the United States, and is now commonly referred to as Presidents' Day.  The federal holiday, Washington's Birthday, honors the accomplishments of the man known as "The Father of his Country".  Celebrated for his leadership in the founding of the nation, he was the Electoral College's unanimous choice to become the first President; he was seen as a unifying force for the new republic and set an example for future holders of the office.

The holiday is also a tribute to the general who created the first military badge of merit for the common soldier.  Revived on Washington's 200th birthday in 1932, the Purple Heart medal (which bears Washington's image) is awarded to solders who are injured in battle.

Tri-City will be closed on Monday, February 17th.  If you have an emergency over the weekend or during this holiday, please call our main number (480) 844-2224, and follow the problems for our Emergency Dispatch Staff.

Thank you.
