REMINDER - HOAs CHANGED BANKS

 
Important Payment Information!

The payment remittance address for your Community has changed effective January 1, 2015.  Your 2015 coupon book/statement reflects the updated remittance address.  If you are set up on Surepay (Tri-City's free ACH Program), no action is requested.  If you have sent your payment to the old address, your payment will be forwarded.

President's Day - Office Closure


 
Tri-City will be closed on Monday, February 16th for President's Day.  If you are a resident in one of our Community Clients and you have an emergency, please call our main number at (480) 844-2224 and follow the prompts to reach our Emergency Dispatch Staff.
