Community Manager Week 2017

Governor Doug Ducey has proclaimed this week – September 18 – 22, 2017 – as Community Manager Week.

As we all know, the Community Manager plays an important role in fulfilling both the physical and administrative needs of communities in Arizona.  In a state that has a vast number of both Planned Communities and Condominiums to house both Arizona residents and those that spend part time in Arizona, Governor Ducey also recognizes the importance of our Community Managers.

Through his interaction with members of the Legislative Committee of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), Governor Ducey has often consulted with our organization, as do many of our elected officials on both sides of the aisle.  Forging these important relationships aides in the passage of sound legislation and Tri-City Property Management is proud to be part of such an important industry leader, such as AACM.

In his proclamation, Governor Ducey specifically mentions the on-going education and proactive industry support of AACM and its CAAM program.  We are proud of our Community Managers, all of whom possess the CAAM certification.

Congratulations to all Community Managers and all of the Team at Tri-City Property Management that support our Communities and Managers day in and day out!

9/11 - National Day of Remembrance

“One of the worst days in America’s history saw some of the bravest acts in Americans’ history. We’ll always honor the heroes of 9/11. And here at this hallowed place, we pledge that we will never forget their sacrifice.”

Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Parade 2017

On Saturday, July 1st, Tri-City participated in the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Parade to promote our services in the Yavapai County area. We had to improvise with the decorations due to our float being in Walker where the fire up north was headed and we were not able to get to it. It still turned out to be a great event to attend and this is the 2nd year we have attended.

March Board Seminars

March Madness at Tri-City Property Management is all about our Board Trainings.

At TCPM, we know our board volunteers are busy, so we offer trainings that a board member can attend in person, remotely or if the date doesn't work for them, the seminars are recorded and they can view at a later date.

So far this month, we have had trainings on Board Meetings, Governing Documents:  Plat, Articles, Declaration, Bylaws and Statutes and next week we are having a seminar on Amending your CC&Rs and Bylaws.

Depending on the topic, experts join us for the evening to provide instruction.  This month we are pleased to have attorneys from Vial Fotheringham and Krupnik & Speas.

In April, we already have scheduled; Audits, Reviews & Compilations; Corporate Records & Records Requests and Communication & Social Media.
